
Produced from temperature-controlled soft pressing of Chardonnay grapes, this wine has a straw yellow colour with greenish tints and a fruity aroma.
The fruity bouquet carries through to the palate,
the taste is fresh with a balanced acidity, the result being a
delicate, well balanced aroma.
Food pairings: antipastos and fish dishes.
Serving temperature: 10-11°C.
